PILZ安(an)全繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)是壹(yi)種(zhong)利用熱敏(min)磁性(xing)材料(liao)檢(jian)測(ce)和(he)控制(zhi)溫度的新型熱(re)敏(min)開(kai)關。它由(you)感溫磁環、恒(heng)磁環、幹簧管(guan)、導(dao)熱安(an)裝片、塑(su)料(liao)襯底(di)及其他壹(yi)些(xie)附(fu)件(jian)組成(cheng)。熱敏(min)幹(gan)簧繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)不用線圈(quan)勵磁,而(er)由恒(heng)磁環產生(sheng)的磁力驅動開(kai)關動作(zuo)。恒(heng)磁環能(neng)否(fou)向(xiang)幹(gan)簧管(guan)提供磁力是由(you)感溫磁環的溫(wen)控特性(xing)決定(ding)的。
PILZ安(an)全繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)線圈(quan)在(zai)電(dian)路(lu)中用壹個長方框(kuang)符(fu)號(hao)表示(shi),如(ru)果(guo)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)有兩(liang)個線(xian)圈(quan),就(jiu)畫兩個並(bing)列(lie)的長方框(kuang)。同(tong)時在(zai)長方框(kuang)內(nei)或(huo)長方框(kuang)旁標(biao)上(shang)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的文字(zi)符(fu)號(hao)“J”。繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的觸(chu)點(dian)有兩(liang)種(zhong)表示(shi)方法:壹(yi)種(zhong)是把(ba)它(ta)們(men)直(zhi)接畫在(zai)長方框(kuang)壹(yi)側(ce),這(zhe)種(zhong)表示(shi)法較為直觀(guan)。另(ling)壹種(zhong)是按照(zhao)電(dian)路(lu)連(lian)接的需(xu)要,把(ba)各(ge)個觸(chu)點(dian)分別畫到(dao)各自的控(kong)制電(dian)路(lu)中,通(tong)常在(zai)同(tong)壹繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的觸(chu)點(dian)與(yu)線(xian)圈(quan)旁分別標註(zhu)上(shang)相(xiang)同的文字(zi)符(fu)號(hao),並(bing)將(jiang)觸點(dian)組編上(shang)號(hao)碼,以(yi)示(shi)區別(bie)。繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的觸(chu)點(dian)有三種(zhong)基(ji)本形(xing)式:
1.動合(he)型(xing)(H型)線圈不(bu)通(tong)電(dian)時兩觸點(dian)是斷(duan)開(kai)的,通(tong)電(dian)後(hou),兩(liang)個觸(chu)點(dian)就閉(bi)合(he)。以(yi)合(he)字(zi)的拼(pin)音(yin)字(zi)頭“H”表(biao)示。
2.動斷(duan)型(xing)(D型)線圈(quan)不通(tong)電(dian)時兩觸點(dian)是閉(bi)合(he)的,通(tong)電(dian)後(hou)兩(liang)個觸(chu)點(dian)就斷(duan)開(kai)。用斷(duan)字(zi)的拼(pin)音(yin)字(zi)頭“D”表(biao)示。
3.轉(zhuan)換(huan)型(Z型)這(zhe)是(shi)觸點(dian)組型(xing)。這(zhe)種(zhong)觸點(dian)組共有(you)三個觸(chu)點(dian),即(ji)中間是(shi)動觸(chu)點(dian),上(shang)下各(ge)壹個靜(jing)觸(chu)點(dian)。線圈(quan)不通(tong)電(dian)時,動觸點(dian)和其中壹個靜(jing)觸(chu)點(dian)斷(duan)開(kai)和另壹個閉(bi)合(he),線(xian)圈通(tong)電(dian)後(hou),動(dong)觸(chu)點(dian)就移(yi)動,使原(yuan)來斷(duan)開(kai)的成(cheng)閉合(he),原(yuan)來閉合(he)的成(cheng)斷(duan)開(kai)狀(zhuang)態,達到(dao)轉(zhuan)換(huan)的目的。這(zhe)樣(yang)的觸(chu)點(dian)組稱(cheng)為轉(zhuan)換(huan)觸點(dian)。用“轉(zhuan)”字(zi)的拼(pin)音(yin)字(zi)頭“z”表(biao)示.
PILZ安(an)全繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的原(yuan)理PILZ安(an)全繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)壹般(ban)由鐵芯、線圈(quan)、銜鐵、觸點(dian)簧pian等組(zu)成(cheng)的。只(zhi)要在(zai)線(xian)圈兩端(duan)加(jia)上(shang)壹(yi)定的電(dian)壓,線圈(quan)中就會(hui)流過(guo)壹(yi)定(ding)的電(dian)流(liu),從而(er)產生(sheng)電(dian)磁效(xiao)應(ying),銜鐵就會在(zai)電(dian)磁力吸引(yin)的作(zuo)用下克(ke)服返(fan)回彈(dan)簧的拉(la)力吸向(xiang)鐵芯,從而(er)帶(dai)動銜鐵的動(dong)觸點(dian)與(yu)靜(jing)觸(chu)點(dian)(常開(kai)觸點(dian))吸合(he)。當(dang)線圈(quan)斷(duan)電(dian)後(hou),電(dian)磁的吸力也隨之消失(shi),銜鐵就會在(zai)彈(dan)簧的反(fan)作用力返(fan)回原(yuan)來(lai)的位(wei)置(zhi),使動(dong)觸點(dian)與(yu)原(yuan)來(lai)的靜(jing)觸點(dian)(常閉觸點(dian))吸合(he)。這(zhe)樣(yang)吸合(he)、釋放(fang),從而(er)達到(dao)了在(zai)電(dian)路(lu)中的導(dao)通(tong)、切斷(duan)的目的。對(dui)於(yu)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的“常開(kai)、常閉”觸點(dian),可以(yi)這(zhe)樣(yang)來區分:繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)線圈(quan)未(wei)通(tong)電(dian)時處於(yu)斷(duan)開(kai)狀(zhuang)態的靜(jing)觸點(dian),稱為“常開(kai)觸點(dian)”;處於(yu)接通(tong)狀(zhuang)態的靜(jing)觸點(dian)稱為“常閉觸點(dian)”。
PILZ繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)選型(xing)先(xian)了(le)解(jie)必要的條件(jian)
①控制電(dian)路(lu)的電(dian)源電(dian)壓,能(neng)提供(gong)的大(da)電(dian)流(liu);
②被(bei)控制(zhi)電(dian)路(lu)中的電(dian)壓和電(dian)流(liu);
③被(bei)控電(dian)路(lu)需(xu)要幾(ji)組、什(shen)麽形(xing)式的觸(chu)點(dian)。選用繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)時,壹般(ban)控制電(dian)路(lu)的電(dian)源電(dian)壓可作(zuo)為選用的依據(ju)。控制電(dian)路(lu)應(ying)能(neng)給(gei)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)提供(gong)足夠的工作(zuo)電(dian)流(liu),否(fou)則繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)吸合(he)是(shi)不穩(wen)定(ding)的。
2.查閱有(you)關資料(liao)確定使用條件(jian)後(hou),可查找相(xiang)關資料(liao),找出需要的繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的型(xing)號(hao)和規(gui)格號(hao)。若手頭已(yi)有繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi),可依據(ju)資料(liao)核對是(shi)否(fou)可以(yi)利(li)用。後(hou)考慮尺寸是(shi)否(fou)合(he)適。
