SICK編(bian)碼器是(shi)用(yong)來測(ce)量(liang)轉(zhuan)速的(de)裝置(zhi),光(guang)電(dian)式(shi)旋轉(zhuan)編(bian)碼器通(tong)過光(guang)電(dian)轉(zhuan)換(huan),可將輸(shu)出軸(zhou)的(de)角位(wei)移(yi)、角速度(du)等(deng)機(ji)械量轉(zhuan)換(huan)成相(xiang)應的電(dian)脈沖以數(shu)字(zi)量輸(shu)出(REP)。它(ta)分(fen)為(wei)單路(lu)輸(shu)出和(he)雙(shuang)路(lu)輸(shu)出兩(liang)種(zhong)。技(ji)術(shu)參(can)數(shu)主(zhu)要(yao)有(you)每(mei)轉(zhuan)脈沖數(shu)(幾十個(ge)到(dao)幾千(qian)個(ge)都有(you)),和(he)供(gong)電(dian)電(dian)壓等(deng)。單(dan)路(lu)輸(shu)出是(shi)指(zhi)旋轉(zhuan)編(bian)碼器的(de)輸(shu)出是(shi)壹(yi)組(zu)脈沖,而(er)雙(shuang)路(lu)輸(shu)出的(de)旋轉(zhuan)編(bian)碼器輸(shu)出兩(liang)組(zu)A/B相(xiang)位(wei)差90度的(de)脈沖,通過這兩組(zu)脈沖不(bu)僅(jin)可(ke)以測量轉(zhuan)速,還(hai)可以判(pan)斷(duan)旋轉(zhuan)的(de)方向(xiang)。

1、械安裝尺寸:包括(kuo)定位(wei)止(zhi)口,軸徑,安裝孔(kong)位(wei);電(dian)纜(lan)出線(xian)方式(shi);安裝空間(jian)體(ti)積(ji);工(gong)作環(huan)境防(fang)護(hu)等(deng)級是否(fou)滿足要(yao)求(qiu)。
2、分辨(bian)率(lv):即SICK編(bian)碼器工(gong)作時每(mei)圈輸(shu)出的(de)脈沖數(shu),是否滿足設計使(shi)用(yong)精度(du)要(yao)求(qiu)。

SICK編(bian)碼器的(de)機(ji)械安裝有高速端(duan)安裝、低(di)速端(duan)安裝、輔助機(ji)械裝置(zhi)安裝等(deng)多種形式(shi)。
高速端(duan)安裝:安裝於動(dong)力(li)馬(ma)達(da)轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)端(duan)(或齒(chi)輪(lun)連(lian)接(jie)),此(ci)方法(fa)優(you)點(dian)是分(fen)辨(bian)率(lv)高,由於多圈SICK編(bian)碼器有(you)4096圈,馬(ma)達轉(zhuan)動(dong)圈(quan)數(shu)在此(ci)量程(cheng)範圍(wei)內,可充(chong)分(fen)用(yong)足量(liang)程(cheng)而(er)提(ti)高分辨(bian)率(lv),缺(que)點(dian)是運(yun)動(dong)物體(ti)通(tong)過減速齒(chi)輪後,來回程(cheng)有(you)齒(chi)輪間隙誤(wu)差,壹(yi)般(ban)用(yong)於單(dan)向高精度(du)控(kong)制定位(wei),例(li)如軋鋼(gang)的(de)輥縫控(kong)制。另外(wai)SICK編(bian)碼器直(zhi)接安裝於高速端(duan),馬達(da)抖(dou)動(dong)須較小(xiao),不(bu)然(ran)易(yi)損壞SICK編(bian)碼器。

A、B、Z三(san)相(xiang)聯接,用(yong)於帶(dai)參(can)考位修(xiu)正(zheng)的位(wei)置(zhi)測量(liang)。
A、A-,B、B-,Z、Z-連(lian)接(jie),由於帶(dai)有(you)對稱負信號(hao)的連(lian)接(jie),電(dian)流(liu)對於電(dian)纜(lan)貢獻(xian)的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)場為(wei)0,衰(shuai)減小(xiao),抗(kang)幹擾(rao),可傳(chuan)輸(shu)較遠(yuan)的(de)距(ju)離。
對於TTL的帶有(you)對稱負信號(hao)輸(shu)出的(de)編(bian)碼器,信(xin)號傳(chuan)輸(shu)距(ju)離可達(da)150米(mi)。
隨著科學技(ji)術(shu)的發展,各個(ge)研究(jiu)單位對SICK編(bian)碼器的(de)精度(du)要(yao)求(qiu)越來越高,基於(yu)雙(shuang)對角準(zhun)循環(huan)移(yi)位LDPC碼(ma)校驗(yan)矩陣(zhen)的(de)SICK編(bian)碼器。該SICK編(bian)碼器包括(kuo)z分頻器和(he)輸(shu)出寄(ji)存(cun)器,z分(fen)頻器與(yu)輸(shu)出寄(ji)存(cun)器之(zhi)間連(lian)接(jie)有兩路(lu)數(shu)據存儲與(yu)預SICK編(bian)碼器、校驗(yan)位生(sheng)成(cheng)器和(he)二(er)選(xuan)壹(yi)選(xuan)擇(ze)器,該數(shu)據存儲與(yu)預SICK編(bian)碼器用(yong)於產(chan)生預(yu)編(bian)碼比(bi)特(te),該校驗(yan)位生(sheng)成(cheng)器用(yong)於產(chan)生LDPC碼(ma)的校驗(yan)比特(te),計(ji)了(le)壹(yi)種(zhong)基於(yu)光(guang)電(dian)SICK編(bian)碼器的(de)旋轉(zhuan)角度(du)測量(liang)裝置(zhi),該裝置(zhi)將光(guang)電(dian)SICK編(bian)碼器與(yu)被(bei)測(ce)物件(jian)進行(xing)同軸連(lian)接(jie),當被(bei)測(ce)物件(jian)轉(zhuan)動(dong)時(shi)帶(dai)動(dong)SICK編(bian)碼器同步旋轉(zhuan),光(guang)電(dian)SICK編(bian)碼器將轉(zhuan)動(dong)的(de)角度(du)以脈沖的形式(shi)輸(shu)出,主(zhu)控(kong)制器接(jie)收到SICK編(bian)碼器的(de)脈沖信號(hao)後(hou)將其轉(zhuan)換(huan)成對應的角度(du)值,並(bing)通(tong)過數(shu)碼顯(xian)示(shi)器實(shi)時顯(xian)示(shi)。該二(er)選(xuan)壹(yi)選(xuan)擇(ze)器用(yong)於對信息(xi)比特(te)和(he)校驗(yan)位比(bi)特(te)的(de)選(xuan)擇(ze)輸(shu)出。每(mei)個(ge)數(shu)據存儲與(yu)預SICK編(bian)碼器和(he)每(mei)個(ge)校驗(yan)位生(sheng)成(cheng)器均(jun)設有存(cun)儲和(he)運(yun)算(suan)兩(liang)個(ge)工(gong)作狀(zhuang)態,兩(liang)個(ge)數(shu)據存儲與(yu)預SICK編(bian)碼器輸(shu)出的(de)信(xin)息(xi)位和(he)兩(liang)個(ge)校驗(yan)位生(sheng)成(cheng)器輸(shu)出的(de)校驗(yan)位分(fen)別(bie)通(tong)過二(er)選(xuan)壹(yi)選(xuan)擇(ze)器輸(shu)入到(dao)輸(shu)出寄(ji)存(cun)器,由輸(shu)出寄(ji)存(cun)器將輸(shu)入的(de)信(xin)息(xi)位和(he)校驗(yan)位組(zu)合成編(bian)碼比(bi)特(te)進(jin)行(xing)輸(shu)出。本(ben)發明具有(you)結(jie)構(gou)簡(jian)單(dan),編(bian)碼效(xiao)率(lv)高的優(you)點(dian),可用(yong)於對LDPC碼進行(xing)快(kuai)速編(bian)碼。
因此(ci),在SICK編(bian)碼器研制生產(chan)過程(cheng)中(zhong),需(xu)要(yao)對其誤(wu)差進行(xing)檢(jian)測,雖(sui)然(ran)現有檢(jian)測裝置(zhi)能(neng)夠(gou)完成(cheng)SICK編(bian)碼器的(de)誤(wu)差檢(jian)測,但(dan)都存(cun)在(zai)著不(bu)足(zu)之(zhi)處。文(wen)章(zhang)在參(can)考大量(liang)文(wen)獻的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),首(shou)先(xian)介(jie)紹了(le)光(guang)電(dian)SICK編(bian)碼器的(de)原理(li),其次(ci)介(jie)紹了(le)國內外(wai)SICK編(bian)碼器檢(jian)測裝置(zhi)的結(jie)構(gou)及原理(li),並(bing)分(fen)析(xi)其優(you)缺點(dian),zui後對其發展方向(xiang)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)展望(wang)。
