ATOS油(you)泵(beng)安(an)裝是非常重(zhong)要(yao)的壹步,因(yin)為(wei)壹步(bu)錯(cuo)將(jiang)會(hui)步步錯(cuo),壹沒安(an)裝好,沒安(an)裝對(dui),後果就會(hui)很(hen)嚴重(zhong),同(tong)時(shi)安(an)裝ATOS油(you)泵(beng)前(qian)要先(xian)檢(jian)查壹(yi)下(xia)液壓(ya)油(you)幹不(bu)幹凈,壹定(ding)要(yao)保證(zheng)液(ye)壓油幹凈,再安(an)裝阿托(tuo)斯油泵(beng)
阿托(tuo)斯油泵(beng)安(an)裝的好壞(huai),對(dui)泵(beng)的平穩運行(xing)和使(shi)用壽(shou)命有(you)很(hen)重(zhong)要(yao)的影響(xiang),所(suo)以安(an)裝校正工(gong)作(zuo)必須仔(zai)細地(di)進(jin)行(xing),不(bu)得(de)草(cao)率(lv)行(xing)事(shi)。

ATOS油泵(beng)機(ji)械原理是什麽(me)呢(ne)?
噴(pen)油泵(beng)的吸油和壓(ya)油,由柱(zhu)塞在柱(zhu)塞套內(nei)的往復(fu)運動(dong)來完(wan)成(cheng)。當柱(zhu)塞位於下(xia)部位置時(shi),柱(zhu)塞套上(shang)的兩個油孔被(bei)打開(kai),柱(zhu)塞套內(nei)腔與泵(beng)體(ti)內(nei)的油道相(xiang)通(tong),燃油(you)迅速註(zhu)滿油室。當凸輪頂到(dao)滾(gun)輪體的滾(gun)輪上(shang)時(shi),柱(zhu)塞便(bian)升(sheng)起(qi)。從(cong)柱(zhu)塞開(kai)始間(jian)向上(shang)運動(dong)到油(you)孔被(bei)柱(zhu)塞上(shang)端面擋(dang)住前(qian)為(wei)止。在這壹(yi)段(duan)時(shi)間(jian)內(nei),由於柱(zhu)塞的運動(dong),燃油(you)從(cong)油(you)室被(bei)擠出,流向油(you)道。所(suo)以這段(duan)升(sheng)程(cheng)稱為(wei)預行(xing)程(cheng)。當柱(zhu)塞將(jiang)油(you)孔擋(dang)住時(shi),便(bian)開始壓(ya)油(you)過程(cheng)。柱(zhu)塞上(shang)行(xing),油(you)室內(nei)油壓(ya)急劇升(sheng)高(gao)。當(dang)壓力(li)超(chao)過出油閥的彈簧彈力(li)和上(shang)部油壓(ya)時(shi),就頂開出油閥,燃油壓(ya)入(ru)油管送至(zhi)噴(pen)油器。
柱(zhu)塞套上(shang)的進油孔被(bei)柱(zhu)塞上(shang)端面*擋(dang)住的時(shi)刻(ke)稱為(wei)理論供(gong)油始點(dian)。柱(zhu)塞繼續(xu)向上(shang)運動(dong)時(shi),供(gong)油也(ye)壹直(zhi)繼續(xu)著,壓(ya)油(you)過(guo)程(cheng)持(chi)續(xu)到柱(zhu)塞上(shang)的螺(luo)旋斜邊(bian)讓(rang)開柱(zhu)塞套回油(you)孔時(shi)為(wei)止,當(dang)油(you)孔壹(yi)被(bei)打開(kai),高(gao)壓(ya)油從(cong)油(you)室經(jing)柱(zhu)塞上(shang)的縱向槽和柱(zhu)塞套上(shang)的回油(you)孔流(liu)回泵(beng)體(ti)內(nei)的油道。此時(shi)柱(zhu)塞套油室的油壓迅速降(jiang)低,出油閥在彈簧和高(gao)壓(ya)油管中油壓的作用下(xia)落回閥(fa)座,噴(pen)油(you)器立即(ji)停(ting)止(zhi)噴(pen)油(you)。這(zhe)時(shi)雖(sui)然柱(zhu)塞仍(reng)繼續(xu)上(shang)行(xing),但供(gong)油已(yi)終止(zhi)。 柱(zhu)塞套上(shang)回油(you)孔被(bei)柱(zhu)塞斜邊(bian)打開的時(shi)刻(ke)稱為(wei)理論供(gong)油終(zhong)點(dian)。在柱(zhu)塞向上(shang)運動(dong)的整個過程(cheng)中,只是中間(jian)壹(yi)段(duan)行(xing)程(cheng)才是壓油過(guo)程(cheng),這壹(yi)行(xing)程(cheng)稱為(wei)柱(zhu)塞的有效行(xing)程(cheng)。
泵(beng)高(gao)壓(ya)油管內(nei)的油倒(dao)流(liu)入(ru)噴油(you)泵(beng)內(nei)。出油閥的下(xia)部呈(cheng)十字(zi)斷面,既(ji)能導(dao)向,又能通(tong)過柴油。出油閥的錐面下(xia)有壹(yi)個小的圓柱(zhu)面(mian),稱為(wei)減壓(ya)環帶(dai),其(qi)作用(yong)是在供(gong)油終(zhong)了(le)時(shi),使(shi)高(gao)壓(ya)油管內(nei)的油壓迅速下(xia)降(jiang),避免(mian)噴孔處(chu)產生(sheng)滴(di)油現(xian)象(xiang)。當環帶(dai)落入(ru)閥座(zuo)內(nei)時(shi)則(ze)使(shi)上(shang)方(fang)容(rong)積(ji)很(hen)快增大(da),壓(ya)力(li)迅速減(jian)小,停(ting)噴(pen)迅速。工(gong)作(zuo)階段(duan)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi),在噴油(you)泵(beng)凸(tu)輪軸(zhou)上(shang)的凸輪與柱(zhu)塞彈簧的作用下(xia),迫(po)使(shi)柱(zhu)塞作(zuo)上(shang)、下(xia)往ATOS柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)復(fu)運動(dong),從(cong)而(er)完(wan)成(cheng)泵(beng)油(you)任(ren)務,泵(beng)油(you)過(guo)程(cheng)可分(fen)為(wei)以下(xia)三(san)個階段(duan)。進(jin)油過程(cheng)當凸(tu)輪的凸起部(bu)分(fen)轉過(guo)去後,在彈簧力(li)的作用下(xia),柱(zhu)塞向下(xia)運動(dong),柱(zhu)塞上(shang)部空間(jian)(稱為(wei)泵(beng)油(you)室)產生真(zhen)空(kong)度,當柱(zhu)塞上(shang)端面把柱(zhu)塞套上(shang)的進油孔打(da)開(kai)後,充(chong)滿在油泵(beng)上(shang)體油道(dao)內(nei)的柴油經(jing)油(you)孔進(jin)入(ru)泵(beng)油(you)室,柱(zhu)塞運動(dong)到下(xia)止點(dian),進(jin)油(you)結(jie)束。供(gong)油過(guo)程(cheng)當凸(tu)輪軸(zhou)轉到(dao)凸(tu)輪的凸起部(bu)分(fen)頂起(qi)滾(gun)輪體時(shi),柱(zhu)塞彈簧被(bei)壓縮(suo),柱(zhu)塞向上(shang)運動(dong),燃油(you)受壓,壹部分燃油(you)經(jing)油(you)孔流(liu)回噴(pen)油泵(beng)上(shang)體油腔。當柱(zhu)塞頂(ding)面(mian)遮住套筒上(shang)進油孔的上(shang)緣(yuan)時(shi),由於柱(zhu)塞和套筒的配合間(jian)隙(xi)很(hen)小(0.0015-0.0025mm)使(shi)柱(zhu)塞頂(ding)部(bu)的泵(beng)油(you)室成(cheng)為(wei)壹個密封油(you)腔,柱(zhu)塞繼續(xu)上(shang)升(sheng),泵(beng)油(you)室內(nei)的油壓迅速升(sheng)高(gao),泵(beng)油(you)壓(ya)力(li)>出油閥彈簧力(li)+高(gao)壓(ya)油管剩余(yu)壓力(li)時(shi),推開(kai)出油閥,高(gao)壓(ya)柴油(you)經(jing)出油閥進入(ru)高(gao)壓(ya)油管,通過噴(pen)油器噴入(ru)燃燒(shao)室。回油(you)過程(cheng)PVPC系(xi)列ATOS柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)柱(zhu)塞向上(shang)供(gong)油,當(dang)上(shang)行(xing)到(dao)柱(zhu)塞上(shang)的斜槽(停(ting)供(gong)邊(bian))與套筒上(shang)的回油(you)孔相(xiang)通(tong)時(shi),泵(beng)油(you)室低壓油(you)路便(bian)與柱(zhu)塞頭(tou)部的中孔和徑(jing)向孔及(ji)斜槽溝(gou)通(tong),油(you)壓(ya)驟然下(xia)降(jiang),出油閥在彈簧力(li)的作用下(xia)迅速關閉(bi),停(ting)止(zhi)供(gong)油。此後柱(zhu)塞還(hai)要(yao)上(shang)行(xing),當(dang)凸(tu)輪的凸起部(bu)分(fen)轉過(guo)去後,在彈簧的作用下(xia),柱(zhu)塞又下(xia)行(xing)。此時(shi)便(bian)開始了(le)下(xia)壹個循環。
